Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the checkout page for current promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to selected regions. If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@tameer.supply and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, please review the terms below to understand how returns and exchanges work at Tameer.Supply.
6. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
8. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@tameer.supply within the eligible return window.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
9. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the item and your order details.
10. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
11. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
