1. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation by our team. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been reviewed and accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if there are discrepancies in pricing, availability, or customer information.

2. Pricing & Availability

Prices displayed are indicative and may change based on market rates, quantity, and delivery location. Final pricing will be confirmed in the quotation sent to you. Product availability is subject to stock and vendor capacity at the time of order.

Some products may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This will be clearly indicated during the quotation process.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they enter the processing stage. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@tameer.supply if you need to make changes.

6. Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on supplier availability, product type, and delivery location. Tameer.Supply is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
